Custom-made titanium membrane for the regeneration of bone defects and designed for the specific needs of each patient.Each lattice structure is customised to achieve a precise product that accurately reflects the clinician’s requirements and the patient’s specific anatomical data.

SAFE-BONE® is produced by selective laser melting (SLM) using specific grade 5 titanium powder, historically recognised as inert and biocompatible.

Each individual titanium mesh is designed to fit the patient’s anatomical details, based on CAD/CAM images and intra-oral scans provided by the clinician.

01 Biocompatibility and stability

Titanium is a highly biocompatible material, which reduces the risk of rejection or inflammation. The mesh is resistant to exposure and contact with tissues and body fluids, without compromising its functionality. Thanks to these characteristics, the success of bone regeneration is not compromised even in the case of prolonged exposure to the maxillary sinus or other sensitive areas.

02 Ease of use

Customised titanium mesh is designed to be easy to apply, reducing surgical time and the risk of complications. It does not require complex shaping operations, as it is custom-made to perfectly fit the defect to be treated. Its non-default structure saves time and simplifies positioning operations.

03 Versatility

Mesh can be used either alone or in combination with other therapeutic solutions, such as bone substitutes and resorbable membranes, depending on the specific needs of the case. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of surgical procedures, optimising aesthetic and functional results.

04 Customisation

One of the main features of titanium meshes is the possibility of customising them according to the morphology of the bone defect. It is possible to choose the thickness, shape, size of the mesh and positioning of the implant openings, making it possible to obtain a completely tailor-made solution for each patient. This allows for optimal results in terms of effectiveness and compatibility
